Reviews and Complaints
Ok
The head guy made lots of promises on what the delivery guys could help with.
Due to no fault of the delivery guys they were not able to do what was promised.
Also he promises help with obtaining a electrician. That never happen.
Great experience
We bought the swim spa from the spa hot tub show in Albany, NY. Still can't believe we actually did it.
We went to the show just to look. The deal we came across at the show made it hard to say no. We ended up paying close to 15k less than the quote we got at the pool store down the street!
The guy that helped us at the show (his name is Drew I think), was very patient and professional. He even helped us measure our property and plan where to put it.
This was a big deal for us because we really had no idea what we were doing and how swim spas work. We just knew we wanted to swim, and our neighborhood pool is WAY too crowded. Plus our swim spa is heated! We didn't know you can heat them and use them year round.
That was the deal maker for us. Plus, Drew was really helpful, plus they gave us some extra discounts to hep us out... DONE DEAL!!!
THANK YOU SPA BLOWOUT!!!
- I liked
Love my new hot tub
I got a great deal on a new hot in at the show last weekend.I liked that there was a huge selection to pick from.
I bought it on Saturday and they delivered it Monday.Mike and the delivery team were very nice and put the hot tub on edge to get it around the side of the house and then put it on my deck.
The lights and fountains look great at night.
Overall great experience and I would recommend them to anyone that has been wanting a new hot tub!
Formally pissed but happy now! Lydia Posey
Ok I had one bad review at first on here we ran into a few hick cups but they were fixed Mr Green with spa blowout helped us hot tub works great now couldn’t be happier with it, the only complaint I have is their answering service girl need to inform customers that they close at 5 and weekends instead of they will get back with you shortly
Thank you

Inferior product with a dishonest owner and sales practices.
The shows are staffed by Spa Blowout Reps, which is a sister company of Barefoot Spas that travels the country and sells Barefoot Spas only, at weekend shows. I also used to work there and during the time that it was discovered that several tubs were believed to have been plumbed wrong.
They had a warehouse full of tubs and didn't know which ones were built incorrectly. The owner's solution was to sell them all, then eventually, they'll know which ones were defective. I've read a lot of reviews where only half the jets work, so they're easy to spot. However, it sounds like most of these customers complaints have been ignored.
You can also find the same bad reviews under Signature Productions. Hmmm, lots of companies to hide behind. The owner is a horrible man, interested in only his companies profits. I also witnessed sales reps pay, where it wasn't correct and he just paid them what they wanted to pay them.
He's dishonest, a liar and because of his pay practices, he often will not refund customer's deposits and he's unwilling to repair defective tubs, so he's a thief as well.
Spa Blowout which "sells" the product, also lost their BBB rating last year. STAY AWAY!
Ripped off worst company ever
When to Spa blowout at convention Center Erie PA on April 22nd bought hot tub 15 minutes before they closed on Sunday night at 5:45 p.m. tried canceling it Monday morning at 9 a.m. when they opened up because of all the bad reviews called right away and was told it was too late they said we would lose our $500 deposit for a restocking fee and we said that was okay instead they pushed the rest of the financing through so that we would be on the hook they said too late too bad
Trying to run a scam on me.
Bought a barefoot spa from Spa Blowout. Gave total of 3900.00 deposit and financed balance with their proposed finance company.
Spa Blowout has so far kept the deposit, never built or delivered the tub, and never taken the balance from the finance company. I called them several times, each time with assurance they would resolve the issue. Purchase window closed, so no tub, no sale and now chasing the 3900 they stole. Credit Card company, Capital One, is amazing at standing behind their customers.
BUYER BEWARE! Customer Service representative only responds to Facebook Messenger and states her name is Whitney Lazenby. She seems, at least in my humble opinion, to take great joy in watching consumers getting duped by this company. It all seemed quite comical to her.
I research Barefoot Spas before buying, but I failed to research Spa Blowout.
So as it stands now, I'm in the waiting process that my State's Attorney General says I have to wait for a return of money before they can pursue a fraudulent conversion case. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
Pleasant Experience
Aria was our salesperson. She was a pleasant and friendly person to work with.
She wasn’t pushy but did show us options that would work for what we wanted and could afford.
The guys who delivered our spa were professional and friendly. Pleasant experience all the way around.

I called the attorney general said you have 24 hours to cancel they are not a brick-and-mortar you have every right to get out of it just wait and see how this turns out keep you posted
Going through the same thing right now. Notify them via certified mail of your intent to cancel.
Do it within 3 business days of purchase. Notify the Federal Trade Commission then hire a lawyer.
By law you have 3 days to cancel via FTC buyers remorse law. Spa Blowout won't respect the law so you will have to sue.
Watch out Topeka Kansas Barefoot Spas is coming to you looking for suckers do not buy from this company I already did and made a big mistake look at the reviews hook and book then see you later
Received hot tub last night after we canceled it shoved it off in the driveway contents are missing hook and book stay away from this company
